Robert Mboya is the Deputy Academic Registrar, Examinations. He is an experienced Special Needs Education professional with expertise in Kenyan Sign Language and inclusive education. He has worked as a KSL Interpreter and has served as a Master Trainer for the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) for the past seven years, supporting teacher capacity building and curriculum implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Education in Special Needs Education (Hearing Impairment).
