Mrs Sarah Ouma, a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management is the Human Resource Manager.  She has extensive experience in talent management, productivity mainstreaming and risk management. Her 35 year career spans roles in the education sector, manufacturing sector, banking sector and a multinational organization.  Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University and is pursuing postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management at Jomo Kenyatta University.
