This week, the Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) proudly hosts the Dyslexia Rising Africa Conference 2025, bringing together leaders, educators, parents, and advocates to champion neurodiverse learners.

KISE Director, Dr. Norman Kiogora, welcomed the Government Spokesperson, Hon. Dr. Isaac Mwaura, who reaffirmed the national commitment to inclusive education. In his address, Dr. Kiogora emphasized that within every neurodiverse learner lies creativity, innovation, and resilience — urging participants to embrace difference as strength.

In parallel with the conference, KISE is conducting a 2-Day Mass Assessment & Wellness Outreach, providing free learner screening, wellness services, and family support.

KISE continues to advance inclusive education through both global dialogue and practical action on the ground.
